Cargo Charter Agreement

Flights are also subject to the existence of all overflight and landing authorizations, weather conditions, slots, airport opening hours and the cargo carrying capacity is subject to the volume and dimensions of the aircraft. 5.7 The charterer shall exempt the carrier and the broker, as well as their senior officials, employees, representatives and subcontractors, from all costs or expenses incurred by the carrier and/or broker in relation to the carriage of goods. The indemnification contained in this clause 5.7 shall survive the termination of this Agreement. 11.2 This Agreement defines the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties or any of them in connection with the chartering of the aircraft, as described herein, and supersedes all assurances, agreements, preconditions, negotiations and obligations, whether orally or in writing in this regard. . . .
